Oral Leukoplakia

Patient with a non-homogenous oral leukoplakia and smoking more that 20 cigarettes per day. Dysplasia was confirmed and the patient was scheduled for follow-ups every 3 months.
The patient failed to follow-up according to the advised schedule, and returned 2 years later with a squamous cell carcinoma.
